WOW!!!! You saved my life with this. I literally spent ALL day looking for a solution before I found your post. THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT FIXES IT!!!!!! I tried EVERYTHING everyone else was suggesting and nothing worked!!!! I was about to give up and just pull the Flash piece from the site. Thank goodness for this post. Just like someone else said, an easy solution but hard to find. THANK YOU!

Man, I was up at 6 Am trying to figure out why my jquery sideshow is covering my menu.
I knew it was a z-index matter, but couldn’t figure out on which element. Thanks so much for the quick fix!! I was able to present the website a few hours later with a working menu!!!
